Should I take my contacts out if I’m getting an eye treatment?

It’s totally up to you! If you have sensitive or easily irritated eyes, we would suggest removing your contacts just to be safe. That said, it’s safe to leave them in as we don’t rub directly over the eye while performing the eye treatment.
