NO SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING less than 2 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the appointment amount booked to your credit card on file.

LATE ARRIVIALS - We cannot see any clients who are late to their appointments as our schedule is booked for the time needed for giving a fantastic facial experience, check out, clean up, and set up for the next client. There's no wiggle room here. If you are late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

FACIAL PARTIES - If you need to cancel, reschedule or reduce your party size, you must do so at least 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY TIME. ANY NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS of individuals within that party will result in a $55 chair fee to the credit card on file for the party as discussed in your party contract.
