About the Role
In this role you will be primarily answering client questions, scheduling, and contacting clients through various communication channels. You will be responsible for thoroughly communicating and supporting our Esthetic teams. You will also be asked to modify client profiles, update sales tickets, and escalate client concerns. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when clients are stressed and have experience working with computers.
$12 per hour

Tuesday 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Friday 10:00am-7:00pm, 1 hour lunch
Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm, 1/2 hour lunch
26.5 hrs weekly

Scheduling client appointments

Updating client profiles and sales tickets

Party coordination; scheduling, contracts, deposits, special requests, and communicating party needs to location team.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times

Listen, document, and help escalate client concerns

Responding promptly to client inquiries

Communicate with clients through various channels; email, phone, text, chat, portals

Know our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions
